For more than two decades, the Joyce Foundation has supported policy work to protect freshwater in the Great Lakes region. To respond to growing pressure on groundwater resources, the Joyce Foundation is expanding its grantmaking portfolio to explicitly include sustaining groundwater in the states in our region. As a starting point for this new portfolio, the foundation seeks proposals to develop a comprehensive assessment of state and tribal groundwater policies in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.
The Request for Proposals and information about how to apply are available here. Responses to the Request for Proposals are due by 5pm on Thursday, December 17, 2020.
